3. Overview of Services
Loom provides a curated marketplace for artisans to sell handcrafted and custom-made products directly to customers. We offer services including:
• Product listing and hosting
• Marketing and promotion
• Portfolio creation and presentation
• A dedicated space for custom product requests known as The Craft Collective
Loom acts as a facilitator between artisans and customers. Loom is not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor of artisan products.
4. Artisan Terms
4.1 Application and Approval
All artisans must complete an application and be approved through Loom's 48-hour review process. Approval is at our sole discretion.
4.2 Responsibilities
Artisans agree to:
• Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
• Clearly state return/refund policies.
• Communicate respectfully with customers.

Artisans retain ownership of their work. By using Loom, artisans grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product images, descriptions, and branding for marketing, promotion, and platform use.
4.4 Prohibited Content
Artisans may not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or inappropriate items. Violation may result in suspension or removal.

Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate order and payment information.
• Respect artisan timeframes and limitations.

Prices listed on Loom include Loom's service fee, which is added to the base price set by the artisan. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Users agree to comply with their respective terms.
Loom does not take commission from artisans' base prices. Our margin covers services including listing, branding, and marketing.
7. Taxes
Artisans are responsible for reporting and remitting any taxes associated with their sales. Loom does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for calculating or collecting taxes on behalf of artisans.
8. Intellectual Property
All Loom content including logos, graphics, layout, and design is the property of Loom and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
